A Santander-based navigation company operating the Santander Express fastcraft on the Liloan (Puerto del Sur) to Sibulan route, the fastest crossing from south Cebu to Negros and the gateway to Dumaguete. Crossings take roughly 30 minutes with frequent daily departures from early morning to evening. It is one of the two main operators at Liloan Port alongside Maayo Shipping's RORO service.
