Nang Linda's Kan-Anan has served Balamban since 1988 and is best known for its manok Bisaya, including native chicken lechon and the Manok Bisaya Espesyal. The restaurant uses locally sourced native chicken and is built in a bamboo-and-amakan Filipino hut style. It sits on the National Highway a few minutes from the Poblacion.
