About
Manang Juling's Kilawan (Tangke)
Founded by Juling Abarquez as a carinderia in the 1970s and now run by her children, this Tangke seafood spot specializes in SUTUKIL (sugba, tuwa, kilaw). Fresh daily plates include kinilaw, tinolang bug-atan clams and grilled seafood. It has since expanded with a Cebu City branch but the Talisay original remains a local favorite.
