About Buntod Campbar

Buntod Campbar is a family-run ridge campsite in Sitio Kaandany, Barangay Tanañas, built around a wide view of San Fernando's mountain ranges rolling toward the horizon. Owned by the Generalao family, the site was largely rebuilt after Typhoon Odette damaged it in 2021, and has since grown into one of the town's more organized camping and photo spots. Visitors can relax in hammocks strung along the ridge, pose against bamboo cottages built specifically as photo backdrops, or pitch a tent for an overnight stay under open sky. The spot has become a favorite for pre-nuptial shoots and marriage proposals thanks to the layered mountain views and low light pollution at night. A small store on site sells snacks and drinks, though visitors are encouraged to bring their own food. Camping is limited to a set number of groups per night and requires advance booking, keeping the site from feeling overcrowded even on weekends.
