The overview
About Cebu Safari and Adventure Park
Cebu Safari and Adventure Park is a 170-hectare wildlife and theme park in Barangay Corte, Carmen, part of a larger 2,000-hectare family estate owned by the M. Lhuillier Group. Soft-opened in February 2018, it is billed as the biggest zoological park in the Philippines, housing more than a thousand animals across roughly 120 species, including white lions and other big cats not commonly seen in local zoos. The park is organized into themed zones such as the African Savanna, where visitors can view free-roaming hoofed animals from an open-air vehicle or walking trail, the White Lion Safari, and Michelle's Garden and the Gardens of the World, which are landscaped botanical areas. An adventure section adds a 1.3-kilometer zipline that runs at an elevation of about 671 meters, giving views over the surrounding hills of northern Cebu. Because of its scale, a visit typically takes half a day to a full day. The park is a working animal facility and member of the South East Asian Zoos Association (SEAZA), and it draws day-trippers from Cebu City as well as overnight guests staying at an on-site safari camp.
