Minglanilla Highlands is a hillside development in Barangay Tubod, Minglanilla, built on one of the highest points in the area with sweeping views over Metro Cebu and the Bohol Strait. While it is primarily a residential township, its developer has built a public-facing lifestyle hub on the property, including a shrine to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, a meditation garden, and a wedding chapel, all positioned to take in the panorama. The developer opened the site for public viewing in 2019 and has since marketed the hilltop hub as a destination for both residents and day visitors, alongside a planned tourist information center and outdoor events area. The main draw for a casual visit is the elevated vantage point itself: on a clear day the view stretches from the South Road Properties coastline into the city skyline beyond. It works best as a short scenic stop rather than a full-day destination, and is easy to combine with a visit to Tubod Flowing Water Resort in the same barangay.
