The overview
About Turtle Point
Turtle Point is one of Moalboal's premier snorkeling and diving sites, home to a thriving population of green sea turtles. Located along the coast near Panagsama Beach, this area offers some of the most reliable turtle encounters in the Philippines. The turtles here are accustomed to human presence and can often be seen grazing on seagrass or resting on the reef. It's not uncommon to see multiple turtles during a single snorkeling session. The reef also features a dramatic wall that drops to significant depths, adorned with colorful corals and diverse marine life. Turtle Point can be accessed by swimming from Panagsama Beach or by taking a short boat ride. Many visitors combine a trip here with the sardine run for a complete marine life experience.
