Panagsama Beach

About Panagsama Beach

Panagsama Beach is Moalboal's main tourist hub, famous for its vibrant marine life, world-renowned sardine run, and abundant sea turtles. This beach is not your typical white sand paradise - it's a rocky shoreline that serves as the gateway to some of the best snorkeling and diving in the Philippines. The beach area is lined with dive shops, restaurants, bars, and accommodations catering to divers and backpackers from around the world. What makes Panagsama special is what lies beneath the surface. Just 20-30 meters from shore, you can witness millions of sardines swirling in mesmerizing formations, while sea turtles graze on seagrass nearby. The house reef drops dramatically, creating a wall dive accessible right from the beach.
